
Our training plan
The training plan follows the Pound For Pound training system. It is divided into different training sessions depending on the student's experience. This is primarily intended to promote your training progress without overwhelming you with overly complicated techniques. The idea is to build a sensible foundation on which you can later build with more advanced techniques.
Weekly plan
Gi Fundamentals

Here you, as an absolute beginner with no prior knowledge, will develop your basic understanding and learn the most important principles, movements and techniques in the Gi that you will need for the rest of your time on the mat.
Gi Essentials
Monday 19:00 - 20:00
As soon as you have received your first graying (first stripe on the white belt), you are ready to take the next step and build on what you have already learned and delve deeper into the subject matter.
Gi Intermediate

From the third stripe on the white belt you have the necessary basic knowledge of positions and techniques, understand connections and begin to implement what you have learned strategically in your individual game.
No Gi Essentials

Here you will learn basic No Gi techniques as well as techniques that build on them. The No Gi Essentials class is suitable for beginners.
No Gi Intermediate
Thursday 19:00 - 20:00
In the intermediate class you will learn more advanced techniques in No Gi . Once you have completed 90 training units, you can take part in intermediate training. This ensures that you already have basic knowledge and are not overwhelmed at the beginning.

Open Mat means free training. Here you can either compete in sparring rounds, practice newly learned techniques with a training partner or exchange ideas with the other members.
